Mr. Ha Thanh Phuc has been promoted to Partner, and Ms. Trinh Phuong Thao has been promoted to Associate. In January 2023, Nguyen Bich Ngoc was promoted to the position of partner at Venture North Law (VNLaw). Ngoc, who is VNLaw's first associate, brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, corporate, and M&A practices. Ngoc has worked on important transactions and matters for large clients such as Vingroup, BW Industrial Development (a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and Becamex IDC Group), and Formosa Ha Tinh Steel. Alongside this promotion, Nguyen Hoang Duong and Ha Thanh Phuc have also been promoted to the position of associates.
