Ha Thanh Phuc is an experience lawyer in Venture North Law with extensive expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures and corporate law. He has been working at Venture North Law for 8 years. Before joining Venture North Law, Phuc worked as legal intern at Baker McKenzie Vietnam for 2 years.
His experience includes:
· Drafting roof top solar PPAs;
· Doing due diligence into a solar power project in Binh Dinh;
· Drafting and reviewing EPC contract in respect of construction of an apartment project in Hanoi;
· Drafting EPC contract in respect of design and integration of a complex IT system;
· Reviewing loan documents (including facility agreements and mortgage agreements for a lender developing factories for lease;
· Reviewing bond issuance documents (including subscription agreements and security interest agreements);
· Reviewing and drafting various contracts (including: organization contracts, services contracts, EPC contracts, sponsor contracts) in respect of the organization of F1 Event in Hanoi.
