Residential Property

We can advise real estate developers and investors in conducting due diligence, formulating investment capital mobilization and sale structure for housing residential projects, transfer of housing project either as an independent project or as a part of a complex project, and various relevant legal issues (such as land allocation, land clearance, capital contribution, project implementation schedule, etc.). We can draft, review, advise and negotiate contracts for capital mobilization purposes, sale and purchase of residential houses, construction contracts, sale consultancy agreements, management agreement, and brokerage agreements, etc.

Industrial Property

We can conduct due diligence, draft, review, advise and negotiate contracts for the lease/sub-lease of land and infrastructure in industrial zones, and other contracts for utilities supply services within industrial zones. We can also draft/review and negotiate documentation for the transfer of real estate projects in industrial zones.

Commercial Property
