HANOI, 12 January 2026 — Venture North Law (VNLaw) is proud to announce two significant promotions within its legal team, effective January 2026. Mr. Ha Thanh Phuc has been promoted to Partner, and Ms. Trinh Phuong Thao has been promoted to Associate. These appointments reflect VNLaw’s dedication to nurturing internal talent and recognizing professional excellence.

New Partner: Ha Thanh Phuc

Mr. Phuc becomes the third partner at VNLaw, joining Managing Partner Nguyen Quang Vu and Partner Nguyen Bich Ngoc. Since joining the firm in 2017, Phuc has demonstrated exceptional growth, evolving from a trainee to a lead negotiator. He is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating complex M&A and Joint Venture matters. In the past year, he played a critical role in major transactions, including various wholesale transactions by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to foreign investors, the joint venture between HITC and Evolution Data Center and the IFC investment into VETC.

New Associate: Trinh Phuong Thao

Ms. Thao, who joined VNLaw in 2020, has been promoted to Associate after five years of dedicated service. She has established herself as the firm’s leading expert in personal data protection. Thao is recognized for her meticulous research and advisory skills. Recently, she has successfully expanded her practice into transactional work, making significant contributions to the recent acquisition of Nguyen Kim’s electronic retail business by Pico Holding.
