Ha Duong has 20 years of experience in the legal practice. She focuses on areas of dispute resolution. She specializes on commercial, employment, investment, corporate and construction laws. She has advised and represented clients in courts or arbitration in a number of remarkable cases in the fields of investment, commerce, infrastructure and construction. She also advises corporate clients on day-by-day investment, corporate, commercial and labor matters.

Apart from acting as counsel for disputing parties, in 2023, Ha also participated in the arbitration proceedings as party-appointed expert or co-arbitrator in several VIAC arbitrations.
